LEVEL 2 SHIPPING DAYS & TIMES

Through Level 2 we are continuing with Tuesday and Thursday dispatch only.  

CUT OFF TIMES & DELAYS: During Level 2 we recommend getting your order in before 12pm on the Tuesday or Thursday to make that days courier pickup. Courier Post have provided the following message so please be aware there may be delays, you will receive trackiing details on the confirmation email, please use this to make enquiries direct with CourierPost.

"We’re experiencing delivery delays of up to 5 days and in Auckland up to 10 days We're seeing a significant increase in parcel volumes. While the majority of parcels are being delivered within 3 days, some parcel deliveries are delayed by up to 5 days. Deliveries into Auckland may be delayed by up to 10 days. To help us help you, please only contact us if our tracking tool shows it’s been more than 5 days (10 days in Auckland) since NZ Post received your parcel. We understand how important your parcels are to you and our team are working very hard to get them to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we do everything we can to keep things moving. ~ CourierPost."

PICKUPS: We have re-enabled the option to 'PICKUP' from our Auckland office. Please do not arrive until you have received an email informing you that the order is ready for pickup. As with deliveries we are only packing and dispatching orders Tuesdays and Thursdays at present.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY: During Level 2 all our parcels will be sent as no-signature required. In most cases couriers will knock on a door or ring a door/gate bell and then step back at least 2 meters (or as far back as safe). They will wait for someone to come to the door and greet them as usual. If no one comes to the door, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave the item in a safe place or leave a card to call and return to depot if no safe place. Delivery Times

See update on Covid-19 Levels above. We will be shipping within NEW ZEALAND ONLY on Tuesdays & Thursdays. 

We  normally estimate 2 to 4 working days for North Island and 3 to 5 working days for South Island and some rural locations but due to COVID-19  courier services are becoming extremely busy so please do expect delays once the order is out for delivery. All orders have a tracking code so if you need to check on an order please use this and contact the courier direct if required.   
 
  • Orders received after 12pm cannot be guaranteed to get packed and picked up that day.  
      
  • Orders received after 1pm on Tuesdays will be packed and sent on the Thursday and likewise orders made after 12pm on Thursdays will be packed and shipped on the following Tuesday. (except for public holidays). We do not offer Saturday/Sunday deliveries.   
     
  • If you give a work address for delivery make sure to include the business name so the courier can easily find you.
