In the days of old tea was transported all around the world in wooden tea chests on ships called tea clippers.

Things have come along way and as romantic as a wooden tea chest sounds we'll settle for cardboard boxes transported by reliable courier service that takes days rather than weeks or months.

  • FREE Shipping on all order $50 and above - nationwide 
  • $5.75 on all orders below $50 nationwide

We offer pickups from our office in Auckland. If you choose this option at checkout we will notify you by email to say your order status has been updated to 'pickup'.

Delivery Times

We ship within New Zealand only, Monday - Friday. 

We estimate 2 to 4 working days for North Island and 3 to 5 working days for South Island and some rural locations. We might even get your order to you the very next day! Of course we can't guarantee that.  
 
  • Orders received after 2pm cannot be guaranteed to get packed and picked up that day.  
      
  • Orders received on a Friday will be packed either that day or first thing Monday morning and picked up either Friday afternoon by CourierPost for delivery on the Monday afternoon at the latest (except for public holidays). We do not offer Saturday/Sunday deliveries.  
      
  • If for some reason the order doesn't make the Friday afternoon pickup it would be picked up Monday and arrive to most destinations Tuesday (except rural or some South Island locations).  
      
  • We use non-signature tickets by default but you can request in the delivery notes when checking out if you would like a signature delivery. This means orders may be left at your address (unless the driver deems it unsafe to leave in which case they may leave a card-to-call so you can call and arrange a convenient delivery date).

  • Order values over $200 get marked as 'Signature Required'.
     
  • You will be emailed a tracking link once you're order has been packed and is awaiting pickup by the courier. You casn use this link to track your package online. You will then be emailed to notify you once it has been successfully delivered to your address. By clicking on the carrier name at the tracking page, you can go further into the CourierPost tracking options and make changes to the signature-required option or re-direct to a new delivery address.
       
  • If you give a work address for delivery make sure to include the business name so the courier can easily find you.
