The English have enjoyed rosehips as a herbal beverage for centuries. Its characteristic tart flavour is softened here with hibiscus flowers. Reputedly a rich source of natural antioxidants, rosehips and hibiscus flowers produce a red infusion with a strong fruity aroma. The beverage is rich in vitamin C and is best taken without sugar. Try it with a touch of honey to keep the infusion all natural.
