Father's Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   The competition is open to participants aged 18 years and above. Only entries submitted on Dilmah Tea NZ's official Facebook and Instagram posts will be considered.
   Participants must follow Dilmah Tea NZ's official Facebook or Instagram page to be eligible for entry.
   Giveaway open to New Zealand residents only.
   
   

2. Entry Period:
   The entries ends midday 26 August 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
   
   

3. Winner Selection:
   Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries across Facebook and Instagram page. Selected winners will be checked to ensure they are following Dilmah Tea NZ's official Facebook or Instagram page.
   
   

4. Prizes:
   There will be four (4) prizes. Each prize contain an selection of Dilmah's tea products. 
   
   

5. Winner Notification:
   Selected winners will be directly contacted via direct message on the social media platform they entered from. Winners must respond within four (4) days from the end of the competition, otherwise, they will forfeit their prize. A further draw will be conducted using the same eligibility criteria, and the prize allocated to the new winner.
   

   Scam Alert:

   • Look for the blue verification badge next to our page’s name to ensure you are interacting with our official account.
   • For Father's Day giveaway, we will not ask for your bank account details, require you to click on external links nor fill out forms to receive your prize.

    

6. Privacy: 
   Your personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this competition. By entering this competition, you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes and we may use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
   
   Dilmah is not responsible for any personal information leaks due to scammers. Always verify the authenticity of communication related to this giveaway.
   
   Dilmah Tea NZ's Privacy Policy will apply to all personal information that is collected by, or shared with Dilmah Tea NZ. 
   
   

7. General Conditions:
   Dilmah Tea NZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
